When I look at the content on
FSU's Pinterest account, I get a hyped up feeling. Full Sail
University posts photos that give a clear and concise image of what
their programs are about. From what degree programs they have to what
students are doing at the school to what students do after and their
accomplishments after they have graduated and moved on into their
chosen field. I also took note of the career tips board and post with
a warning to journalists and the three legal issues they face and how
to avoid them. The Full Sail University Pinterest account inspires
people to do more and be creative. This engages their audience to
take a closer look at Full Sail University and to maybe give it a
shot with their aspirations and dreams.

Shave Club
Instagram
Dollar Shave Club engages their
audience with witty and clever tips and tricks with some good comedy
in the mix. It's very reminiscent of their first commercial of "Our
blades are f***ing great". The half sing-song captions with the
witty humor demand attention from their followers. Beyond the humor
and wit of the captions, every Friday they offer free compliments to
someone a follower can tag in the post and Dollar Shave Club will
send them a free compliment. If that's not engaging their audience, I
don't know what will. The visuals are eye-catching and the colors in
their text images draw attention to them so you click on the image
and read the caption and are instantly draw in by the humor I
mentioned earlier. They also have some useful tips with some rarely
known facts about razors and personal hygiene. For example they have
a warning about sharing razors without disinfecting them first.
Dollar Shave Club's Instagram account is top notch.

Science
World
Facebook
Science first and foremost is
all about presenting scientific facts in a fun and engaging way to
people of all ages. They engage their audience by asking their
favorite memories of Science World by asking them to send video
explaining the memory and why it's their favorite. I watched a video
of a behind the scenes with the museum's curator. It caught my
attention because it wasn't the person you'd expect. I might be
stereotyping but its true. You expect someone older to be the curator
for the museum but this was an individual closer to my age. I expect
that to be a good way to catch the attention of more people,
especially the younger crowd. The look behind the curtain so to speak
is also sure to catch attention. Transparency is key to this day and
age. It makes people feel like they are more involved.
